Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide all general information regarding credit union products and services including loan products and services and cross sell these services.
- Perform teller and service duties as required including, but not limited to, transfers, CA renewals and terminations, statement and check copy requests and verifications of deposit.
- Provide all information on eligibility for membership, locations, and hours of service.
- Provide loan information as required, including interest rate/term information, calculating, and quoting payments and payoffs and other loan information.
- Flexible schedule and reliable transportation to fill in for branches at any time.
Qualifications
- Must have analytical skills and the ability to make decisions quickly and decisively.
- Knowledge of credit unions products and services.
- Ability to speak clearly and effectively to your supervisor and team members.

Assistant Branch Manager(s) - Belle Glade branch
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist Branch Operations Manager or Branch Manager with the operations of the branches.
- Schedule staff, answer routine to complex questions on products and services, policies and procedures, or rules and regulations.
- Assist Branch Operations Manager or Branch Manager with branch security at all levels to include open/close of the facility, ATM, cash recyclers and vault. Assist with branch cash services of all nature.
- Provide back-up assistance in member services, and branches. May function as a teller, MSR or MCR on an as needed basis, filling in for peak coverage or shortages.
- Review all new and revised policies and procedures during monthly team meetings.
- Maintain and present positive work behavior. Participate in all team meetings and take on leadership roles as assigned.

Consumer Loan Underwriter - West Palm Beach branch
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Reviews and analyzes all incoming consumer loan applications to determine the credit worthiness of potential borrowers.
- Communicating loan decisions to staff and identify ways to develop, attract and increase loan volume while mitigating risk.
- Establishes the terms and conditions of approved loans, counteroffers and denies loans based on credit union policies and guidelines.
- Performs verification of income calculations using pay stubs, bank statements and tax returns submitted for loan consideration.
- Evaluate items such as income, debt ratio, outstanding debts, collateral information, credit history, employment history and residence to ensure established credit union’s guidelines are being met.
Qualifications
- Must have analytical skills and the ability to make decisions quickly and decisively.
- Keep current on industry trends to make recommendations for expanding underwriting guidelines or pricing changes.

Member Service Representative(s) - West Palm Beach branch, Belle Glade branch, Royal Palm Beach branch, Port St. Lucie branch
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Process and complete all new account transactions.
- Process all requests and inquires on existing accounts.
- Process loan applications.
- Process transactions and at other branches as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college
- A minimum of two years related experience in a financial institution; or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.

Teller(s) - West Palm Beach branch, Belle Glade branch, Royal Palm Beach branch, Port St. Lucie branch
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Present and maintain the highest level of customer service.
- Process teller transactions in a professional, efficient, and accurate manner.
- Balance cash drawer efficiently and accurately and within established deadlines.
- Balance and maintain teller line supplies, merchandise, and negotiable items.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be flexible to work various hours and some Saturdays.
- Minimum one year cash handling experience in a financial institution.
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move from 10 pounds to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
