Major Duties and Responsibilities
- ACH processing.
- ACH origination.
- ACH disputes.
- SSA/FRS Death Notifications and Reclamations.
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables clerk.
- Assist with Wire processing.
- Assist with Share Draft processing.
- Assist with Cash Orders.
- Asset Verification Requests.
- FCRM Validations and Alerts.
- Balance and reconcile general ledgers.
- Cross-train in other accounting functions.
- Process assigned monthly and daily reports.
- Check Register Balancing.
- Perform all other assigned duties, work processes, and responsibilities of the Accounting Operations Department with efficiency and accuracy.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Present and maintain a positive work behavior.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral or diagram form.
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move from 10 pounds to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
- Must be available to work fluctuating hours between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm.

Member Connection Supervisor - West Palm Beach branch
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the planning, coordination, and direction of the call center, including incoming and outgoing calls.
- Develop and/or assist in the development of training for call center personnel on systems, products and services, policies and procedures, and government rules and regulation. Provide coaching and mentoring to staff.
- Monitor call center reports. Analyze employee efficiency, response time, accuracy, member satisfaction to ensure the delivery of quality member service. Review telephone billing and employee usage.
- Manage and monitor all E-Services activity including but not limited to, online banking, emails, online account opening, online loan application, mobile deposit capture, E-Statements, online loan payments, Transfer Now, Zelle, Bill Pay etc.
- Assist members and potential members with their telephone request and answer questions regarding products and services in a professional and efficient manner.
- Assist call center staff in resolving complex member issues, questions, or complaints.
- Act as a liaison between department and branches.
- Develop procedures to streamline process and/or control expenses.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school recommended.
- Five years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior Branch Manager experience preferred.

Teller(s) - West Palm Beach branch, Belle Glade branch, Royal Palm Beach branch, Port St. Lucie branch
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Present and maintain the highest level of customer service.
- Process teller transactions in a professional, efficient, and accurate manner.
- Balance cash drawer efficiently and accurately and within established deadlines.
- Balance and maintain teller line supplies, merchandise, and negotiable items.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be flexible to work various hours and some Saturdays.
- Minimum one year cash handling experience in a financial institution.
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move from 10 pounds to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
