Member Service Greeter - West Palm Beach branch
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Greets members and visitors to the credit union in a prompt and professional manner.
- Coordinate and follow through to see that members and visitors are assisted promptly.
- Answer telephone and/or route calls to appropriate individuals.
- Process and distribute mail and interoffice correspondence.
- Display a good ability to multitask and provide administrative and clerical support to the credit union as required.
- Utilize credit union computer applications that may include email, internet, database software.
- Maintain an up-to-date list of employee extension/telephone numbers.
- Maintain responsibility for all equipment used at the greeter desk.
- Keep the greeter desk and service area/cafe clean and dispose of garbage as needed. Replenish service area/cafe with supplies as needed.
- Must be properly groomed and exhibit excellent member service skills.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must be flexible to work various hours and some Saturdays.

Business Development Officer - West Palm Beach branch
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Serves as a representative to an assigned region of local schools and branches while promoting the benefits of GCFCU membership through external events at local schools, colleges, associations and community groups to drive new credit union business.
- Build a database of viable prospects for new sponsor relationships and schedule to the business development meetings to increase our GCFCU field of membership.
- Actively participate in festivals, fairs and trade shows to promote new business for the Credit Union.
- Professional, well-developed interpersonal skills necessary for serving credit union members and projecting a positive image as a representative of the credit union.
- Active participation in local Chamber of Commerce groups, Economic Development Corporations, and other local organizations.
- Must have comfort in speaking in front of both small and large groups including in classroom presentations and community events.
- Maintains a wide variety of contacts both inside and outside the credit union, coordinating business development activities, promoting services, exchanging information, and representing the credit union at civic, trade functions and professional organizations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing or related field is preferred
- 3 – 5 years of experience working in Sales and/or Business Development
- Understanding and knowledge of the financial industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Corporate Trainer - West Palm Beach branch
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and deliver custom training to team members to include new employee orientation and on the job training.
- Deliver energetic and engaging training face-to-face and via virtual classroom.
- Develop systems to monitor and ensure team members are performing their responsibilities according to company standards.
- Plans, organizes, and designs training curriculums for all employees to help effectively meet the Credit Union’s yearly strategic goals.
- Responsible for compliance training of all Federal and State rules and regulations pertaining but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Bribery Act and NCUA Privacy Regulations.
- Keep supervisory chain informed and work with peers to ensure new training content is created within corporate standard operating procedures and GCFCU branding guidelines.
- Create, coordinate, and deliver training for large corporate events if needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or Business or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Two years as a corporate trainer in a financial institution may be credited in lieu of education.
- Certified Professional in Training and Management through American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) is beneficial.
- At least 2 years of experience in a financial institution required - Credit union preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Member Service Representative(s) - Belle Glade branch
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Process and complete all new account transactions.
- Process all requests and inquires on existing accounts.
- Process loan applications.
- Process transactions and at other branches as needed.
- Ability to meet and/or exceed sales and service goals.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college
- A minimum of two years related experience in a financial institution; or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.

Teller(s) - West Palm Beach branch, Belle Glade branch, Royal Palm Beach branch
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Present and maintain the highest level of customer service.
- Process teller transactions in a professional, efficient, and accurate manner.
- Balance cash drawer efficiently and accurately and within established deadlines.
- Balance and maintain teller line supplies, merchandise, and negotiable items.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be flexible to work various hours and some Saturdays.
- Minimum one year cash handling experience in a financial institution.
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move from 10 pounds to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
