I have been a member with GCFCU for many years and I can not even begin to express how the service has been! First, I want to express how much I love this bank and the benefits that they offer however, Lisa Varian has put the icing on the cake! She is Beyond PHENOMENAL and if I could have suggested a raise or bonus for her I would in a heartbeat! Her expertise in ensuring great customer service, and hard work exceeds the expectation of many. She was able to assist me when others were unable to even it meant she was working overtime in crunching numbers! Instead of I got more. My wife and got more. We were with another institution for over 30yrs. However we thought after all those years they would consider our loyalty and continued support. We would receive the same. We were wrong when we were having life hit us left and right. We reached out to them for guidance and assistance. They only were concerned we made the personal and vehicle loan we had which was on auto pay to taken card of. When we reach out to different institution we took our time. We are in our late 50's. From the receptionist to the bank manger everyone treated us with common courtesy and look out for our best interests. From starting our account to the future investments we looking to do. They spoke openly and neither tried to steer us into something that would only benefit the institution. We have been put at ease to know there are a institution as Goldcoast that is looking at the best situations and interest for there consumers. I have and will continue to recommend and share this is the type of institution that is working with you. Not to work you like you monopoly institutions and the fly by night ones. |

I was buying a car through a local dealership and unfortunately they sold the car on me while I was in the process of completing the paper work. Lisa Varian and Jorge Ferrer worked effortlessly to get me the same type of car with less miles and 1k difference in price. I got a car 24 hours later! I would say that is a win! It was a great team effort and greatly appreciated! |

I've applied for a loan at GCFCU and have the greatest opportunity to have Lisa Varian as my Loan Processor. She was very well versed on the loan requirements and went over my options in details. She was very courteous and friendly. When asking for a loan I tend to have some anxiety. She explained the different processes with a smile (I can tell these things even over the phone and emails). I give my experience a 10 out of 10. |

Back in December of 2023 my Jeep was in an accident which caused it to catch on fire due to another vehicle. I had no transportation for weeks until I went to Gold Coast to get a vehicle loan. I received the loan within one week and was able to go and purchase another vehicle. I can honestly say Gold Coast Federal Credit Union is the BEST!!
